Directions
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 300°F (150°C) for about 3 minutes.
  2. Peel and slice the bananas into 1/8 inch thick rounds.
  3. Mix the granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
  4. Coat the banana slices with melted coconut oil.
  5. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the banana slices and toss gently.
  6. Arrange the banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  7. Air fry for 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
  8. Let the chips cool on a wire rack for a few minutes before serving.
