Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry thoroughly with paper towels and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne if using. Toss wings in the marinade.
  4. Spread the coated wings in a single layer on the baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. While wings are roasting, melt unsalted butter in a small pan over low heat, add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Once wings are cooked, transfer to a bowl, drizzle garlic butter over, and toss gently.
