Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Chop the broccoli into small florets, steam or blanch for about 5 minutes until tender, then finely chop again.

  3. Form the mixture into patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter and half an inch thick. Place on a parchment-lined sheet.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the patties for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. For baking, preheat oven to 400°F (200°C), bake patties for 20 minutes, flipping halfway until crisp.
