- Chop the broccoli into small florets, steam or blanch for about 5 minutes until tender, then finely chop again.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, cheese, eggs, breadcrumbs, and seasonings. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter and half an inch thick. Place on a parchment-lined sheet.
