Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by placing the shrimp in a bowl. Pour in buttermilk, add salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. In a shallow dish, pour cornstarch. Dredge shrimp in cornstarch, shaking off excess.
  3. In a pot, heat oil to 350°F. Ensure oil is hot enough before frying.
  4. Fry coated shrimp in small batches for about 2 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Combine mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha in a bowl. Whisk until smooth.
