- Pat the chicken wings very dry with paper towels. Separate the wings into drumettes and flats.

- Drizzle olive oil over seasoned wings and toss again. Arrange wings in a single layer on the wire rack.
- Bake the wings for 45-50 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
