Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sliced pepperoncini peppers, pepperoncini juice, garlic powder, and dried oregano. Season generously with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Transfer the dip to a serving container or bowl. Cover with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Slice the bagels in half, then cut each half into wedges. Toss in a large mixing bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano, and kosher salt.
  5. Spread the bagel wedges on the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes, turning halfway through.
