Step-by-Step Instructions for Honeydew Ice Cream
- Begin by placing fresh honeydew chunks, raw cane sugar, and unsweetened plant milk into a blender. Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
- Carefully pour the smooth honeydew mixture into popsicle molds, filling each adequately and leaving space at the top for expansion.
- Place the filled molds in the freezer upright, allowing them to freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely set and firm.
- Remove the frozen bars from molds, using warm water on the outside of the molds for easy release. Serve immediately.
