  • 1/4 cup Raw Cane Sugar Adjust based on the ripeness of honeydew.
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Plant Milk Soy milk recommended, almond or oat milk also work.

Step-by-Step Instructions for Honeydew Ice Cream
  1. Begin by placing fresh honeydew chunks, raw cane sugar, and unsweetened plant milk into a blender. Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Carefully pour the smooth honeydew mixture into popsicle molds, filling each adequately and leaving space at the top for expansion.
  3. Place the filled molds in the freezer upright, allowing them to freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely set and firm.
  4. Remove the frozen bars from molds, using warm water on the outside of the molds for easy release. Serve immediately.
