- Chop the bok choy and slice the zucchini, then add them to the dish, stirring gently to coat.
- Arrange the dumplings on top of the vegetables, pressing them slightly into the broth.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes until dumplings are golden brown and broth is bubbling.
- Garnish with sesame seeds, green onions, and cilantro, then serve over jasmine rice or noodles.
