- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the imitation crab meat, half of the mozzarella, half of the colby jack cheese, diced celery, sour cream, the white parts of the green onions, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and garlic salt. Mix thoroughly.
- Lightly grease an 8x8 or round casserole dish and spoon the crab mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and colby jack cheese evenly over the top of your casserole mixture.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes. Garnish with the green parts of the green onions before serving.
