  • 1 large Frozen Banana any ripe banana will work
  • 1/2 cup Raw Cashews soak for at least 4 hours or use hot water for 30 minutes
  • 3 large Medjool Dates soak in boiling water for 10 minutes to soften
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon optional; can be substituted with vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg optional; feel free to omit
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes adjust for desired thickness
  • 1 cup Almond Milk substitute with other plant-based milks if desired
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Yogurt for topping; can swap with regular yogurt

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Soak the raw cashews in water for at least 4 hours or in hot water for 30 minutes. Soak the large Medjool dates in boiling water for about 10 minutes.
  2. Once soaked, drain and rinse the cashews and dates. In a high-speed blender, combine the soaked cashews, dates, frozen banana, cinnamon, nutmeg, almond milk, and ice cubes.
  3. Blend on high for 1 to 2 minutes until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed for a creamy consistency.
  4. Pour the shake into two glasses and top with coconut yogurt. Serve immediately while chilled.
