- In a medium bowl, combine ½ cup mayonnaise, ¼ cup sour cream, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, and 1 tablespoon of poppy seeds. Whisk everything together for about 1-2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
- In a large mixing bowl, add 2 cups of chopped cooked chicken breast, 1 cup of chopped pecans, 1 cup of dried cranberries, and ¼ cup of sliced green onions. Use a spatula to gently stir the salad ingredients together.
- Pour the prepared dressing over the salad ingredients. Toss gently to coat everything evenly.
- Taste the salad and adjust seasoning with additional salt if needed. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
