Preparation Steps

  2. Pour water into a saucepan and bring to a gentle simmer. Add black tea, brown sugar, and spice mix.

  4. Strain the chai into a mug using a fine-mesh strainer.
  5. Whisk together heavy cream and reserved spice mix, adding honey until soft peaks form.
