Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Open the cinnamon roll dough and separate it into 8 rectangles. Flatten each rectangle to about ¼ inch thick.
- Take each flattened rectangle and place a generous dollop of cream cheese on the center, followed by two quarters of fresh strawberries. Roll each piece tightly, ensuring the edges are sealed.
- Thread each rolled piece onto wooden skewers, leaving space between each roll. Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the skewers for about 15 minutes, or until they’re puffed and golden brown.
- Whisk together powdered sugar, milk, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt in a medium bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Drizzle the glaze generously over the baked skewers. Let it set for 2-3 minutes before serving.
- Serve the warm skewers on a platter and sprinkle a touch of sea salt on top.

Notes
For best results, chill the dough before use and tightly seal the edges of each roll. Fresh fruit enhances flavor, and a caramelized finish can be achieved with a torch.
