Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic powder, dried Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Unroll the refrigerated crescent roll dough and separate it into triangular pieces.
- Take a spoonful of the chicken filling and place it at the wide end of each triangle. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
- Arrange the filled chicken pillows on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
