Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic powder, dried Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Unroll the refrigerated crescent roll dough and separate it into triangular pieces.
  4. Take a spoonful of the chicken filling and place it at the wide end of each triangle. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
  5. Arrange the filled chicken pillows on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  6. In a small bowl, melt the unsalted butter, then stir in the minced garlic and grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
