  2. While the glaze simmers, season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil, then place seasoned chicken breasts in the skillet. Sear for about 6–7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. During the last 2–3 minutes of cooking, brush the prepared glaze over the chicken breasts.
