Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Add warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients and stir until a cohesive dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 3-4 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle approximately 1/4 inch thick.
  6. Mix together mozzarella, Parmesan, cream cheese, mixed vegetables, parsley, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  7. Spread the filling over the rolled out dough, leaving a border around the edges.
  8. Roll the dough into a tight log, sealing the filling inside.
  9. Slice the log into 8 equal pieces and place cut-side up on a greased baking sheet.
  10. Brush melted butter over the tops of the rolls.
  11. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
