  • 1 cup Crab fresh or canned
  • 1 cup Lobster optional
Gravy Base
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Cream or dairy-free option
  • Herbs to taste
Biscuit Topping
  • 1 package Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
  • 1/3 cup Butter melted
  • 2/3 cup Milk or dairy-free option
Optional Topping
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Herb Butter for drizzling

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the biscuit dough according to package instructions.
  3. Melt a tablespoon of butter in a large skillet and sauté minced garlic and herbs for 2 minutes.
  4. Add shrimp and crab to the skillet, cooking until shrimp is pink and opaque, approximately 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour in the cream and stir in the selected seasonings, cooking for an additional 5 minutes until thickened.
  6. Transfer the seafood filling to a greased baking dish and dollop the biscuit dough on top.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the biscuits are golden brown and filling is bubbling.
  8. Let the pot pie cool for 5-10 minutes before serving warm.
