Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Beat the softened salted butter and powdered sugar until creamy, about 2-3 minutes.

  3. Shape the dough into a disk, wrap tightly in plastic, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Roll out the dough to ½ inch thickness and cut out shapes.
  5. Freeze the cut cookies for 10-15 minutes, then bake for 20-22 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
  6. Whisk together powdered sugar, orange juice, and milk to make the glaze.
  7. Dip the cooled cookies in the glaze and let them set on a wire rack.
