  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise

  • 2 cups Shredded Cabbage Coleslaw mix can be used
  • 1 large Avocado Sliced

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Soak the shrimp in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes to tenderize.
  2. Combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  3. Remove shrimp from buttermilk and dredge in the flour mixture until well-coated.
  4. Dip the shrimp back in buttermilk and then coat with panko breadcrumbs before setting aside.
  5. Heat oil in a skillet to 350°F and fry shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Prepare the Bang Bang sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha.
  7. Assemble tacos by layering shredded cabbage and shrimp in tortillas, then drizzle with sauce and add avocado slices.
  8. Serve with lime wedges for added flavor.
