Method

Step-by-Step Instructions for 2-Minute Green Olive Dip
  1. In a food processor, combine 8 ounces of softened cream cheese and 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise. Blend on high for about 1-2 minutes until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  2. Add in 1 teaspoon of onion powder and 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder to the creamy mix. Pulse the food processor several times until the powders are fully integrated.
  3. Drain and add 1 cup of green olives with pimento to the mixture in the food processor. Pulse gently 3-4 times to combine the olives without pureeing them completely.
  4. Gradually stir in 1-2 tablespoons of olive brine until the dip reaches your desired consistency.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, cover it with plastic wrap or a lid, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
